Most of the hikes are above 10 kilometres because the point is to feel the hike in your body and soul afterwards. We have our own scale for kilometres and to us it is only a proper hike if it is above 10 kilometres. So tie up your hiking shoes and throw the packback on with catering for the hike.

You can choose to look through all the hiking trips depending on where you want to hike. Denmark is divided into parts of the country and the category Others covers the foreign hikings.
You can choose a specific nature for your hike. Maybe you are into forests or maybe you enjoy a look over the water? You can choose exactly the experience in nature you wish.
The themes are chosen for you who want something extra of your hike. Maybe there is a need for a romantic setting for a special occasion or a stop along the way with a bench and a beautiful view.
We have located the best settings for a view over the sunsets, for the romantics and sunrises for the early birds. And if you, like us, enjoy the old lighthouses, you can here choose the hikes that will lead you right to them.

We really want to be part of making more people enjoy the danish nature and create time in our everyday life to hike.
We need to make each other curious and aware of hiking by making it visible to each other.
When you follow our hikes, it will be great if you post a picture on our Facebook profile and tag us using #danishhikings. Then we can all enjoy each other’s hikes and the beautiful nature.
We have painted white stones with the Danish flag and our name Danish Hiking. These stones are placed on all of our hiking trips. If you find one of the stones it would be fun if you took a picture and shared it on our Facebook along with the placement of it.
On Instragram we post beautiful pictures of the many hikes and there are videos for inspiration. You are more than welcome to join the society of Danish Hikings with a profile that shows that you are into hiking. The profiles in the community starts with danishhiking_your name. In this way, we all inspire and we are a part of Danish Hikings.
